Why NASA believes Planet 9 is real?

NASA and other scientists believe there is planet 9. Well beyond the orbit of Neptune, there is a hypothetical world named as Planet Nine. Scientists are searching for it, but it gathered a lot of controversies since when it was first purposed.

It feels like seeing a dream to imagine a 9th planet of solar system. When mathematical calculation shows presence of 9th planet, it must be there.

It seems far more likely that it would be a small black hole.. considering something is responsible for the gravitational anomalies but we can't see it. I mean if we're just going to throw wild ass guesses out there that's mine.

Hey. You brainiacs- shouldn’t the planets orbit in a more circular path? If they formed around the sun. Wouldn’t you think that the dust and gas were evenly distributed and collected in the same orbital plane forming the planets- which would’ve put them in a circle rather than elliptical orbits? Same as the gas and particulates orbit??
Any chance someone knows why or where does one find answers??
