Takadox is my Favourite of the Barraki Villains from the Iconic Undersea world of Mahri Nui. He’s got these really fun marbled glow-in-the-dark armour parts that have me itching to revamp this set.

Mitch might just be my favorite Lego YouTuber. The editing in his vids makes them so entertaining and his builds are absolutely stunning. The best of both worlds

The Baraki line was the first I ever bought the six characters and it cemented even more my passion for Bionicles. I really liked this line, being the first where the six were completely different from one another.

Great job on this one Mitch !

A most fitting redesign for one of Bionicles’ most traitorous characters. I like how his eyes and arms only ooze slyness even more.

I genuinely adore that you include the step by steps you took to build your moc, it is amazing to know how you built it step by step- It makes it so much easier to apply to your own mocs and teaches people about certain building techniques, definitely got a sub from me

Honestly the most satisfying thing for me in your videos is how you know the names to all these super specific pieces. It shows how much passion you have for this and makes the video that much cooler!

Takadox has got to be one of my favorite bionicle villains right up there with brutaka

A video would be interesting where you could explain your thought-process when planing/building one of your projects. Doesn't need to be about the whole build, maybe just an arm or the head. I would find that very entertaining because I watch your videos and always wonder "How the heck did he come up with that build!?"

It's incredible how impeccable your building is, to create such a sturdy build whilst using such unique and creative techniques and pieces, I especially loved the legs

You've quickly become one of my favourite channels on Youtube. I've been reminiscing unto my assemblies as a child, combining all the Lego bionicles with traditional pieces to create my own creations. Just making me feel like starting my collection now and giving this a crack. Wholesome and awesome content as always, Mitch

Incredible build like always!

I'm gonna be honest when i first saw how you decided to revamp the eyes i wasnt sure if they would really fit the character as a whole, but seeing it all put together i realized that they harmonize perfectly with your design!

I also LOVE how you use unconventional pieces like the dino limbs and make them look completely natural!

I hope someday you'll get around to reimagine Ehlek as he was my favourite Barraki along with Carapar. Anyhow, whatever build you're doing next I'm Already lookin forward to it as your videos are always a big highlight and really entertaining!
Keep up the good work!!

I think this is my favorite of your mocs. It still uses some of your- *ahem* -“interesting” techniques (which I don’t mind personally but I’d be lying if I said there wasn’t some part of my ocd brain cringing) but like, in a way I could almost see Lego themselves doing. The design itself forces you to work simple and skinny, and you did it beautifully. And the way you incorporated the ratchet joint to create the thigh swivel without needing to use the other ratchet parts is inspired, I definitely have to borrow that for my own builds.

might be one of my favs so far. love, how youve build the upper legs asweel as using the dino wings, legs and the bike part in it. already hyped for the next one

Dude, you never cease to amaze me with the techniques you use in your builds.
The level of detail like with the elongated tubes and dragon legs is crazy

Phenomenal work as always

For me the issue is that when takadox is introduced in the books, he is described as skeletal, a pale shell of a person with two ruby eyes that mesmerize and bore into you.

Essentially, he's little more then an aquatic skeleton with hypnotic powers.

Which is also why I think his OG design works so well.

You make some of the most incredible and unbelievable Bionicle models I've ever seen, perfectly blending organic and mechanical aesthetics with wild parts usage. I would die and/or kill to see you revamp Karzahni (the actual set, not pre-mutation), Kalmah, and/or Krika (my favourite sets after Antroz—your Antroz revamp is maybe my favourite Bionicle MOC of all time). Short of them specifically, any villain from the Ignition Trilogy would be awesome. I think 2006-2008 was Bionicle's best run and your takes on sets from that era have been so inspiring

Usually when I watch MOC videos I always skip to the end where it’s fully built. But you always make the videos entertaining and I always make sure to watch the whole video

Takadox was genuinely one of my favorite sets as a kid and even after I took him apart I would use his pieces all the time. You absolutely did this design justice holy hell, he looks sick.
