I can understand why the mod maker doesn't change the textures and the modelling of the world, but personally - if I could do that with no problem, I will. Though it won't be much of a mod, will it? More like a fan made remake or something like that. Maybe it will be changed and this is just a work in progress, but I doubt it (doubt that this will be changed, not that this is a work in progress). Didn't know there was a rage mod for III just yet. I tried it. Congrats to modelling the whole city, but I can't find any sense in it, becouse only driving isn't cool. I know, you can not put in the missions, but without them, I can't enjoy it after a quarter hour. But I really liked it! :)

dude this is bullshit, I downloaded the setup and then i installed the game there was no launcher, the launcher i needed was LAUNCHGTAIV.EXE so i got it and then i move it to game directory and guess what, the game didnt start and i tried everything so why isnt it
