Well duuh, ofc people know that the reason there was no motorcycles in GTA 3 was because of difficulties Rockstar had programing them back in the days. However R* felt like they had to come up with an excuse as to why there was no MCs in Liberty City so they said the major had banned them, so techincally there wasn't any motorcycles in Liberty City at that time, that's the ingame-timeline.

I think you got the graphics wrong; the game should have a very dark, melancholy feel to it, this is to bright and vivid. Great work though.

Love it, this is fantastic.

one thing but - you should remove motorbikes because in 1998 they had them (Liberty city stories) but by the time of GTA III the mayor had banned them entirely throughout Liberty City.
