As a Pennsylvanian, I can say that Pennsylvania is two states. There is Pittsburgh & Philadelphia and then there is Alabama in the middle. It is virtually all white, lower blue working class and incredibly small minded. If you drive the turnpike from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia, once you leave the metro areas, you will start seeing Trump signs popping up along the Turnpike. More so from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg. There was a time that Pennsylvania was a solid blue state, but it changed once Trump fed the white rural voters fears about the "other". Ironically, these people have been left behind because of Republican policies. It is quite frustrating dealing with these people because there is zero ability to talk to them about all of this. Thankfully I live in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) and my neighborhood and area is extremely blue. As long as there is a high turnout, Dems will not lose.

If I was Josh, my answer to a question like that is: Look at which party is screwing you, which party is actively trying to take away your rights and actively trying to subvert your vote so that trump wins no matter what and THEN look at MY party, the party that is trying to get those rights back, the party that IS trying to do something to make your lives better. And then choose which party YOU want to govern you.

The chose is clear and easy, vote Democrat up and down the ballot, for a vote for trump is a vote for fascism and an end to Democracy.
