I work as a deputy sheriff in Kentucky and I have to say my day to day life and work never changed. But everyone around me panicked and acted like the world was ending. Especially in what I call the woke job fields. Medical, teachers, giant chain stores, etc… I told my family we will try to be as safe as possible but we are going to live our lives the best we can. And before long I started to figure out the government was a bigger problem than COVID.

The COVID wasn't much to write home about, but the government over-reach and authoritarian abuses did more damage. I did good through COVID, but now the resounding market impacts are starting to trickle into the market and those could be bad. I prepared for it, so I should survive without any major issues.

More bosses should be like Dana. But the only thing really that was scary to me about COVID was how complicit so many were, and how they blindly went along with what they were being told. The way it was politicized and the fact that actual treatments were prohibited from being used was disturbing. And the reason for all of it is disgusting.
