lyrics

bite my hand
nothing of worth is ever coming to you
fall into error and swim the sands
breathe through the dirt
repeat your own point of view
we can learn to stand in no man’s land
we fell in love with a death machine
too much will never be enough
push comes to shove but it’s heresy just to be
living is killing us
take the stand
god knows that there is nothing else you can do
weaker together
a firebrand
another rebel that’ll split us in two
we’re burning down a holy land
we built a home on a battleground
misfortunes never come alone
come quick we’ve gotta turn this ship around
fuck it, i’ll do it on my own

Took me a little bit, but this album grew on me. I found this band during their previous album to this and then worked my way back through their discography. Good stuff. All of it. Same people complaining about this band as other bands. Some people don't like to see a band change, but if they don't change then they get called stale. I think their sound has evolved very nicely. Honestly this album shouldn't be that surprising, there was elements of all of this stuff in their other albums.

I’m enjoying that they are expanding on their sound with this album. Can’t wait to see what’s next after this album!

I love the vibe, reminds me the essence of histeria (muse)... and of couse, animals

For all you guys complaining. They are growing, they're getting older, nobody stays the same forever, and no band stays the same forever. Be here for the evolution or live in the past

Omfg easily the best song in the album! I was casually listening to the tracks back to back not minding them, but this one just blew my mind! The main riff is like Muse reborn into Rammstein lol :D

first of all i have to say the album does not convice me as it is different to what iam used to and what i want expect when i see their name on my playlist.
BUT i do believe it really adds to their range and if u have those songs mixed in with others they fit perfectly and that shows they did the right thing.
iam not quite sure if its the right thing for me right now, but i really love and support the evolution of this band and iam glad they do (and are able to). <3

Metalcore might have reached its golden era, with bands like Architects, Ice Nine Kills, Motionless in White, ERRA, etc. These guys are absolutely killing it!

Where do I know that very first vocal melody from?

God forbid a band grow and mature with time. Some of their best tunes came off this record, fight me about it. Some of their best stuff dates back to Daybreaker too. What a band to be able to keep gifting us with shifting and evolving brilliance for so many years.

I wish Sam could diversify his singing melody from now on. It’s going to be the same if he’s sticking with the same formula over and over again
