This is my final take on this case, based on several videos put forward by different parties on Social media: with the exception of Marwa and Dee deafening silence on this matter (that has the potential to erode their integrity)

1. Jam Tour África saw Dee on youtube and reached out to her as a friend. He was interested in migrating completely to África.

2. They met at some point in time.

3. Jam Tour discussed with Dee that he wanted an apartment in Kenya, she obliged. She by now would have been flirting with him because he gave her the vibes that he liked her.

4. Jam Tour sent Dee money to secure the apartment and to buy some items for the apartment in preparation for him to relocate to Kenya.

5. Jam Tour moved into the apartment and invited Dee to live with him. He would have brought more household furniture when Dee was out of the country. He was living in the apartment fully by then.

6. Jam Tour and Dee decided they will turn the apartment into an airbnb business. He would have brought in tenants into the apartment. He would have continue paying the rent. His major mistake is that the apartment was in Dee's name and not his. He would have been giving Dee some money from the profits of the airbnb business since her name was on the lease.

6. Jam Tours wanted his relationship with Dee to go to the next level and she refused his offer.

7. Jam Tours went and look for another woman who he is currently with. He eventually told Dee about the relationship and that his wife is pregnant.

8. Dee got mad with him, because she no longer had Jam Tour attention.

9. Dee would have discussed this issue with Marwa, not letting him know that she refused Jam Tours offer. She would have made it look like Jam Tour lied to her and had a wife pregnant all the time he was pursuing her.

10. Marwa brought into her lie, being the good brother that he is and opportunist, he would have advised Dee to take control of the money received from the Tenant and block Jam Tour out of their business.

11. Dee being the coward and passivist that she is, gave Marwa the apartment to manage, to avoid dealing with Jam Tour


My closing remarks: I may have gotten some parts off this story wrong, but it is clear that Jam Tour dont have his name on the lease and he gave Dee the money to put into that apartment.

Jam Tour has no legal case, Marwa and Dee outwitted him. I hope he learnt his lesson.

My message to Marwa and Dee (because he reads my every comment anti Marwa, anti Dee). Free money is always paid for, it eventually comes back to people who collected it. Dee is already paying for her bad deeds by paying for JB's "love" and keeping the charade going while JB insults her on social media (THE INTERNET NEVER will forever be her portion because she does not learn from her mistakes.

I am done with remarking on this case!

If one does not work on themselves to become a person of value in the market place, then it is hard to keep that which one has not obtained through personal development.

There is a difference between dating and a commited relationship. Dee and Jam Tours may have been dating, but not in a committed relationship. Either way, if Dee knows that they made a deal verbal or otherwise, she needs to honor their deal or give the guy his money back.
