Reason I started lifting:
It was 4 months ago. I was a fat and depressed kid. I'd reached a peak of 90kg at 13. Now it is December. During summer break I've discovered lifting and God. Now I've lost 7 kg (I know it's small but it's still progress.) and gained more muscle. Although I'm still fat I'm trying my best. I thank everyone for helping me. And I wanna thank God the most. He lifted me up when I was at my lowest. Now that I've changed people want to drag me back down to their level. During my last biology class we were learning about building muscle and my teacher said that you can only build muscle by running and eating veggies. Nothing about protein. But ever since I've become a better version of myself I reject those words. And I thank Zyzz, Some anime characters and other bodybuilders for helping me be a better version of myself. And my last thank you goes to my dad. He is the one who allows me to go to the gym because I'm too young to go to the gym but I'm still making progress. And thank you for reading this text.
