I live in an area where nobody even needs pepper spray. I feel very grateful and lucky that we trust the police so much and live where I do!

Let's make sure we aren't teaching vulnerable people to rely on pepper spray though, in many cases it won't be enough. It's a DETERRENT, it doesn't actually do anything to protect you. Build on your defense skills and DO NOT rely on equipment, however it can be handy to carry when you know how to use it
