Victorian Railways Steam! Hudson R711 The Spirit of Bendigo travels to Bendigo

This week Schony747 follows Steamrail Victoria's Husdon Steam Locomotive as R711 named Spirit of Bendigo travels on the line between Melbourne and Bendigo. Built in the early 1950s, the R Class Steam Locomotive is still as popular as ever today.

The train was being transferred to Bendigo with former Victoria Railways diesel locomotive T395 to run Easter shuttles in the Bendigo area for the weekend. Sit back and enjoy the sights as the vintage wooden car consist trundles along the line towards Bendigo. The sounds of R711 and T395 are pretty spectacular as well!
