Now for the actual numbers: egypt: 0(none of these dynasties are more than regional powers) iran:3 (achemead, sassanid and parthia) india: 1 (mauryan empire, the rest are regional powers like the gupta and chola), Italy: 1 at best(the Italian empire, italy is not the roman empire), russia: 3 at best:(ussr, the Russian monarchy and the kieven russ), china:4 (ming, tang, sui, han), greece: 2 empires at best (macedonian Empire and the eastern roman empire) and Türkiye at minimum 3 ( the ottomans, the seljuks and the gokturks which we share with our other brethren) but could be above 10 if we allow them to represent all turks just like how greece, china, india, iran and Russia are representing thiers, which means Türkiye has the following empires: xiongnu, the 3+ hunnic empires, gokturks, the ghaznavids, the khazars, the seljuks, the golden horde, the ilkhanate, the khwarazmi, the timurids, the ottomans, the safavids, the delhi sultanate, the mughals, the afsharids, the qajars, the mamluks and more.
