How will America be remembered especially on MLK Day?
It often comes up not only in the workplace but with family/friends how backwards America is in terms of Human and Civil Rights. African Americans in many places are still treated as subhuman, their rights often subjugated or totally ignored, just look at the voting suppression, manipulation and outright hurdles involving African Americans and their right to vote in some States. Remember that Constitution, the one for white people that is taken out and aired when it suits.
Many times in school when this topic came up, one thing was universal, god help white America if every African American or Americans from minority backgrounds got their hands on a gun or pulled out of your Military.
