English - Setting the heat curve - Thermia heat pump

The thermostat says it 20° outside but it's actually 15° and so the heating does not come on when it's chilly. How do I correct this? I have increased the room temp but the heating is not coming on despite it being on auto.

Can anyone give me advice on what my settings should be? I live in Ireland and have messed around with my settings too much I think. What would a decent example of curve values look like?

So if I reduce the curve to 30, that means the water temperature will decrease to 30 when it's 0 degrees?
