You can still buy Spectrums relatively cheaply on e-bay and there is a guy in Holland called ByteDelight, who sells an adapter that outputs HDMI. You can also use a DivIDE, which allows you to load games from a micro SD card.
If I want to play a Spectrum game, I either use my 48k rubber key model, hooked-up to my 52” oled in the living room, or my 128k Toastrack via composite video on my monitor in the back room.

Great video! Even though I am not waiting for a NEXT.. (I have, and enjoy my N-GO!), finding anything new that uses electronic parts like FPGA is a real pain! Hopefully people can stay excited though.. it is a great platform.. and you can always look at emulation too... which works quite well, and should be able to keep some people going until the real machines ship..

Well I have to keep using my ZX 48K, 128K toast rack and my Harlequin 128K for a bit longer. I have got a few things from ByteDelight HDMI it works very nice and a DivMMC they work on all of my machines.

They are working on starting other cores from the next menu, games too. Eg starting an amstrad game from your next . Taking advantage on the bigger fpga. Cool eh - is at the very bottom of the update. Appologies if u cover that in ur vid only 5 minutes in lol

I know you try to avoid profanity in your broadcast, many challenges face the whole world, and some real bad stuff is happening now. Bad supplies to market, as is evident here. Elsewhere in the world, hopefully WW3 won't be initiated. You're thoughts on becoming an affiliated Anglo-file, yeah hopefully you'll still want to join, even if you don't mind that your gas and electric bills will literally have a 50% addition, with the passing of a single space in this year's 2022, callender. Sorry for such a negative post. :-(
I do have an idea for a new English name but I don't wish to share that at the moment.
