Just another tip... make sure to use Enzo on Vaults. All other characters are totally gimped when it comes to the unlock minigame. Wasted so many code breakers before I found out.

If you’re a PC user with a gaming controller, I’d switch to a mouse when doing this… better precision of just the clicking. Plus controller support… while generally good… can’t be flaky in certain segments.

You can also share mats with people in co-op if your friend stands beside the vault both of you can get the mats when it’s unlocked

4:31 Can confirm that while a purple does spawn in this area (3 spots: 2 at the river and 1 behind a waterfall to the North), it will need to be set to "Private" for the guaranteed spawn.

one thing to note is that depending on the difficulty of your zone, the cod that drop can be different. If you're in normal mode they're analyzers and If in hard mode they're breakers which can only open the vaults of the same difficulty.




found this out when I was changing between zone difficulty for zone reset instead of going to another zone and no one till now talked about this small not regarding vaults.

All the vids I have watched on this particular subject leave how to use the vault puzzle once it's open. No one does a step-by-step of what you need to do. While it might seem simple or obvious, it's not and doing a video this in-depth without that is a little bizarre.
