Firstly, to all the people who have subscribed to my channel for my guitar videos, there will be new videos up shortly!

Anyway, here's a recut of the classic movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory I did for Year 11 Media class. The task was to change the genre of a movie and make a trailer, and so I changed Willy Wonka into a horror. Seemed the most obvious choice if you ask me :D

The rest of the cast thought Gene had gone legitimately insane during the "Tunnel of Hell" Scene. On account of them not being told what was actually going to happen the the factory, aside from Wilder.

I could imagine Gene Wilder's Wonka as a serial killer. He always looked like he had a screw loose anyway.

This is already a horror movie. The 2005 version actually feels more like a family movie than the original 1971 version. Johnny Depp's version didn't have scary tunnels that show lots of nightmarish images nor rooms with fizzy lifting drinks that pull you up 100 feet towards steel ceiling fans that chop you up to pieces unless you burp like 10 times to get back down.

It's amazing how easily whimsical children's fantasy can be turned into the scariest horror with just a change of music and cutting up of scenes.

One time I was on acid and I was watching the movie and thought I was Gene Wilder. I kept saying, "I'm a good actor, I did a good job in this".
