The summary :
1. Put same topics/similar topic subliminal in one playlist rather than different subliminals in one playlist.
2. Listen at least 30 mins each day & wait upto 2 weeks for results.
3. Listening 20 hours day won't work better than listening 6 hours. So subliminal can only work upto its limits & takes time to impact.
4. Relax & visualise.

My subliminal playlist always fits 30 minutes long

Everytime I take a bath I play subliminals in the background that's more effective to me I've used get taller subs I went from 5'6 to becoming 5'8 and other people have noticed it and compliments me for getting taller however because of desperation of wanting more it stopped at 5'8 idk why so I have to stop the sub and use other subs
