Hi Carolyn:) Thank you so much for your beautiful video. I woke up 3 years ago, quite a rude awakening actually, but amazing and miraculous none the less. It's a long story... but it comes down to this... Try singing to the Sun of love and thanks. The Sun answers you with stronger rays. The more you do, the more you will see. You can do it anywhere, inside, outside, even at night. If you have the time, try taking a day to do it and watch the sky at the same time. Depending on the humidity the clouds will either clear, or grow rapidly, possibly rain and then clear. When you stop they change back. You can do it loud or whispering, the Sun hears. I was always confused by the Bible saying 'we are all Gods children, but Jesus is his only son' I now see it as the Bible made a spelling mistake. There are also other things in the Bible that have pointed me in that direction. Like the very first thing God said in our creation... 'Let there be light..' and how Jesus described himself ' I am the light of the world..' Then I thought about how heavenly beings appeared to us, in rays of light, and really without the Sun, there is no life. James1;17 17. Every good and perfect gift is from above, come down from the father of the heavenly lights.. When I first started doing this I came upon a book on ancient cultures in a second hand market. It was a big book and I just opened it randomly in the middle and I read this ' May heaven strengthen the Suns rays for you, so that you may ascend to heaven as the eye of Re' -so reads a funerary spell inscribed within an Old Kingdom pyramid. I took this for a sign that I was on the right track. What do you think? The Sun, our life giving, LIVING light.

I look directly into the sun at 15 minutes before sunset, and 15 minutes after sunrise.
Not all the time, but when I feel drawn to do so. It is how I was directed to do so, without damaging your eyes.

I am on a spiritual journey myself and I’m very connected with the sun .. even on the darkest rainiest days the sun will beam on me like a spotlight and it will get brighter and brighter and I can feel the waves beating back and forth and I could see them to … it’s like a heart beat !! Thank you for sharing this ❤️ I recently had an incredibly powerful experience with the sun. I saw it’s spiritual form, it is very much alive and I could see the light codes being projected out in these huge pink tendril like beams. The center looks like a huge psychedelic golden lotus flower.

Yes! You’re right. I’m saying It too: I sun-gazed without knowing what I was doing, too!. I have stared at the area around the sun. I felt I was being filled, but not sure with what. Love, definitely, and something more too. I love the warmth of the sun on my face in the winter.

I have been suspecting that my mood is related to the sun and how recently I felt the sun in my skin. Tracking the weather and my emotions for this January, I’ve found, if I haven’t felt the sun in 3 days, then I totally lose my cool.

I DO feel so much better every day I feel the sun. I need to find a place with windows that don’t all face north🤦‍♀️. 🌞🌈

Hey Carolyn!! That's interesting that you're feeling like you're getting messages from the suns rays... we love to get the sun on us as well... we noticed here in SoCal.. that there is a shift in the strength of the sun and it's so much more intense than it ever was. Especially in the spring and summer!! In the winter.. people often have Vitamin D deficiency and that can lead to Seasonal Affected Disorder.. where it really plays havoc on your mood and thoughts because of the lack of vitamins from the sun!! I've been doing this for a good part of my life, most notably after the 2017 total solar eclipse. After watching this I finally have a reason as to why.

I've lived in AZ for 18yrs, and because we have so much sunlight, unfortunately it has become a bit bothersome lol. But I will definitely try connecting more with it and see what happens. 💗🙏
