I love this new design and I love how his look informs us about ITS character. Victorian era silver garments and traditional face paint makeup lets us know that this is an ancient monster reinterpreting what a clown looks like. The Tim Curry version was great, but this new Pennywise is more book accurate, yet brand new at the same time.
