It makes me realise even more that the careers people are most likely to get instantly after uni or as apprentices are the ones high in demand such as technology, teaching, environmental science, medicine (especially with the NHS circumstances). Which is why I’m wanting a job that is not only fulfilling for me but it’s less of a struggle to find a decent one.

Thank you for sharing your experience; I found it very helpful. I'm from London and I'm in my 3rd year of uni and I've heard it's so hard to get a job after uni without experience especially in London where it's so competitive so I'm definitely going to follow your advise and find some volunteer work to get experience before I graduate next year.

Kids get studying Computer Science/Software Engineering we are crying out for good people in the industry. Its getting increasing difficult to fill vacancies, plus the money is good too. By the way young lady you'll do well you have the right attitude.

I graduated from college back in March. I was working full-time and going to school i'm also a single mom. I got my college degree as a Medical Assistant and I did 180 hours of externship at a clinic as an MA. I been applying for jobs and going to interviews still haven't got hired. It's frustrating and i'm starting to get discouraged . I'm considering maybe I should join the Military instead it's something that I've been wanting to do anyways.

As a French student I'm starting to doubt wanting to go to university in the uk because 9k is a lot when in France it's free

Thank you so much for this video. It somehow ended up in my recommended videos and it turns out I’m currently studying psychology (first year UG). I’ve been warned a lot about it not being fruitful in terms of jobs but videos like this let me know that if I try and get as much experience now as possible (especially when I can still afford to do voluntary work as I have no real responsibilities) things may work out for me. I believe God led me to this video because I’ve literally been thinking about this so much lately! I hope your journey is still going well and I pray that God guides you to your dream end goal!

The problem with Brexit, job cuts ect it really does make it harder nowadays to get into a job along with the number of different jobs out there for the degree your doing. The job I want to do doesn't have a lot of vacancies so makes it harder. What I can say is work hard in your studies and try getting experience if you can 👍

Nobody is supporting my degree choices, I'm doing drama joint with creative writing. I know life is gonna be tough after uni, but it's what I love to do
