In TSD i didn't find base shear value in the report. So, where is the calculation for base shear is done both for static and dynamic analysis

You can design same building in both software, i think etab results are more accurate and give economical design and for drawing generation it can easily transfer in staad RCDC software.

Tekla is good for steel ..

E-tabs is for rcc..it design in finite element method

When I compare the results between ETABS and TSD, the axial force on the columns are the same, the problem is with the moment.

Even while using the exact same stiffness modification factors, still there is a difference between the two in moment values on the beams.

I’m using 0.7 for columns, 0.35 for beams,
