Bispecific antibodies are moving from strength to strength, with a multitude in clinical trials. Here, John DiPersio, MD, PhD, of Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, WA, discusses the bispecific antibodies under investigation for relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML), typically targeting CD123, CD33 or CLL1.
