The mental fortitude and discipline you have shown in these 50 hours is truly eye opening as to what we can do if you have the mental fortitude necessary. Truly inspiring AJ❤❤❤❤

love how determined he was, despite feeling tempted to just leave he managed to push through successfully! i don't think i would've been able to do this.

Wow I’ve never routed for someone so much! I can’t imagine how hard that was especially when we’re so used to having our phones at the end of our arms at almost all times. Well done AJ!! Mega respect that you were so strong and kept at it!!

This turned out so well! Big up Dan and Ellie on the edit!

Thanks for having me on AJ! It was a pleasure to work with you and your team. Can't wait to see the next challenge.

The torture comes from the idea that there is no escape for people who are actually put in that scenario which causes the brain to start believing that it's over. What helped AJ push through was the ability to escape and the knowledge that the only thing keeping him there was himself. Respect tho cause it takes a level of mental strength not many have.

Much respect to AJ. This video actually made me anxious! My heart started racing as soon as he closed that door. I had pause it like 3 times to take a breath, it felt like I was going to have a panic attack. I would definitely go insane if I did this. Well done man!!!

Aj is the most underrated person on this platform.
i've been watching his videos for a while now and can honestly say this guy makes the best videos on youtube, the amount of effort that goes in to just one video is unreal.
Keep going man, we love you!! <3

Gahhh, His face at the end when he realised it was time to leave the room - and then him opening his arms for a hug from his friends, when he doesn't like hugs. Nearly teared up! 😭🥺 Well done on this accomplishment, AJ. Take it easy now though 🐐

Its crazy that even though only 48 hours can be considered detrimental, people like Albert Woodfox have been kept almost continuously in a tiny cell for nearly 43 years by authorities. Imagine what that could do, or has done to those people.

Why’d I start tearing up when he left the room and started hugging them
