I’ve just started a new career with Frankfurt and I made one big signing but kept most of the team as is. Most of the first signings I make will be for bench players, I try and aim for similar overalls to what I’m working with already with some potential for growth. I think the big thing for me like you said is keeping transfers realistic. Even if you do a financial takeover Messi is never coming to play for a Acrington Stanley, it just doesn’t make sense. It’s nice to get some big names on your team sheet but I prefer just to have 1 or 2 and then build a lesser known squad around them that fit your ethos. Overall is the last thing you should be looking at. I set my vision to Tika Tika so look for midfields with high passing stats and ball control. Get the right players for your style

The suggestion regarding singing homegrown players for a higher fee than the value sounds really realistic. That happens in PL all the time. Kalvin Phillips, Archie Gray, Jack Grealish were sold for more than they should have as they are homegrown. I'll implement this in my next save

I agree with you on team your selling to. Why LAMBZY sold keane to RB Leipzig from Everton is very confusing and not realistic at all. What i like to do is search the squad and compare thier depth, overall and role at the club to the player they're interested in buying. Lookig at where he falls in the pecking order.

How do you find players to buy? Do you use the GTN scouting system or websites like sofifa?

I’m in a situation where i’m doing the manager-toucline thing and not physically playing and its all good.. but the thing is if you’ve chosen a mid league team and you do your tactics and playing style and you buy 1 or 2 decent players, the game in the end always will even out losses, draws and wins.
Every. Single. Save.

I’ve now tried multiple saves and haven’t won 1 trophy and i’m never getting higher in the leagues or getting close to a cup final, the game wants you to finish mid.

You can win 1-0 against city and then lose 5-0 to luton… and its every single time.. it is the most boring and scripted garbage ever and no sliders do anything other than goal amount and the tactics does f**k all in the end.
