LETTING THE AIR OUT OF YOUR TIRE WOULD CAUSE THE RUBBER TO SHRINK CAUSE ANY THORNS TO BE SQUEEZED OUT OF THE TUBE OR TIRE AND WHEN YOU PUMP IT BACK UP IT WOULD REVEAL HOLES IN YOUR TUBE OR TIRE.
