The US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has recently initiated a project to develop a new quiet spy aircraft. My friend and I were riding in my mom's car North of Seattle. We both look down a cross street and we see a what looks like a gray military unmanned probably 20ft long hovering half over the street and condos just floating. My friend and I were like holy shit!
