Hailing from Toronto, jangle-pop duo Ducks Ltd. has mastered the delicate art of reviving a genre without falling into the pitfalls of nostalgia. Drawing inspiration from the timeless sounds of The Smiths, The Go-Betweens, and other pioneers of the jangle-pop era, the band has skillfully crafted their own distinct sound. Together, Tom McGreevy (guitar, lead vocals), Evan Lewis (guitar, vocals), Jonathan Pappo (drums), and Julia Wittman (bass, bg vox) put on an Audiotree Live performance full of catchy hooks, infectious melodies, and meticulously layered guitar arrangements that recall the best of 80s college rock, while maintaining a modern edge.
