They released a game that didn't require a PSN account for MONTHS.
They nearly scammed more than half the world and tried to basically hold the game as ransom to force you to have a PSN account.
Also they changed there ToS saying it would need a PSN account instead of it being optional.

IT'S STILL REGION LOCKED ON STEAM. Meaning that unless you're in a country where PSN is avaliable, you cannot currently buy the game anymore. However, the people who were banned over this are still banned.
