Has the boat sailed for the National Assembly to hold the President accountable for the Phala-Phala farm saga? There's no case here. The panel never recommended that the report be adopted...It was up to parliament to determine the validity of the recommendations and decide to implement or reject those recommendations. Unfortunately majority of the MP'S didn't agree so the report was rejected and the motion defeated.So there is no way one arm of state interfere into the affairs of another arm of state
