It's great how you take the time from your schedule to let the boys enjoy some of the simple things in life. Creek time and just hanging out together. Teaching the next generation. What a different world they have to grow up in.

A little friendly competition is healthy. It promotes good sportsmanship. Houston and Jacoby are both very good sports too and don’t seem to argue over competitions. Some ADULTS could take notes! Keep those boys outside fishing, hunting, and enjoying nature. Both of my sons were outside any chance they got growing up and they’re both such well rounded adults. You’re doing a great job, Dad! ❤

Man, brings back some memories. I'm soon to be 55 in a couple of weeks. I miss hanging out with my best friends from childhood and doing things like that. One has passed away, one lives in California and another live in New Mexico. My brother is still around though. We live in our hometown of Franklin Pa.😊

Those boys are having the time of their life. I enjoy watching the shenanigans those two get into.
I can say from experience that it's not fun breaking a leg. I broke my left femur bone in August/2021. Well, April/2023 I broke my lower portion of the Femur and shattered my knee. Dr. tells me I'm going to be immobile for at least 3 months, ugh. If you'd like to send me prayers, I could use them.

How many other people think it's so amazing how Daniel treat Kobe kinda like his own son when they are out doing thing whether it's collecting mushrooms 🍄 or fishing 🎣 and Kobe actually listens and takes his advice.. and then as Daniel is filming Earl is next Kobe makes you get tears is ur eyes because Bella isn't running next to the side by side but Earl is trying fill her shoes.. but just watching Daniel do simple things with his youngest son and his friend how just life isn't about doing things that cost money but just a day of fishing could be the best part of the day...
