Picked up a nice bag of trooping funnels today: 200 yards from my front door: promptly pickled them in white wine and cider vinegar, with some home grown chili, garden herbs, spice and a few wild garlic buds left from my spring foraging. Thanks for all your educational and entertaining viddys, Marlowe, and I recommend anyone to buy your foraging book, its bouncing with goodness!

great to see another uptick in the production quality, marlow - do consider a small lapel mic to keep the volume level constant, your advice is so valuable and well thought out its a shame to lose any of it - also shoot a few variations on your b-roll to keep the transitions between mushrooms engaging - splendid work - looking forward to another course next year!

loved the video..so informative.didnt know mushrooms grew in winter time aswell.
