Pete Wishart, SNP MP for Perth and North Perthshire, labelled the statement of reasons published by the UK Government as “poorly formed”, before noting: “One example of that is on equal pay – they seem to believe a trans man would take advantage of the opportunity to be paid less.

“That’s the type of rubbish that’s included in this. What does he think of that?”

Mr Flynn replied: “I’ve not had the opportunity to look at that myself but if that’s the case it’s a complete and utter embarrassment, and it shows just as this Secretary of State was unprepared today in relation to this matter, so too is his Government in relation to the arguments that they are putting forward.

“I’m a little bit embarrassed for them in this regard.”

The equality commission wrote to the Scottish government in September telling them that this would trouble and the snp still went ahead with it so show us the snp just wanted to cause trouble

COMMENT: Seems what is being asserted from Scotland is theology, of legal argument and definition of a transaction exists/not exists/maybe exists, as a skew to the anarchy of self representation, as a proxy to the "constitutional" question posited in dialogue from participants, as per "...what is missing...", is "force majeure", in Scotland as an outcome of the bill in question, where such is the case in the UK, with reference to, and as per the duality of legal domains and conflict of laws, go figure.
