Is This $350 Umbrella Really Indestructible?

It's called the Davek and costs as much as $350. Inside Edition's Victoria Recano put it to the test with an industrial fan, where it passed the test. I haven't flipped an umbrella since I was a kid. Put the umbrella as close to your head as possible tilt down and walk against the wind. Works every time.

I bought an umbrella from IKEA for £8 that used flexible metal rods. The wind won't break it as it simply bends and can be bent back.

I actually have one of these umbrellas, not the $350 wooden stick one but the $115 collapsible one. It’s actually pretty good, the thing you notice the most is how heavy it feels & how “confident” it sounds when you open & close it. It has this sort of hard thump to it.

It definitely feels very high quality but is it worth $115?

There is a thing people call *RAINCOAT* and you use it for scenarios when the storm or wind is this strong
So why pay $350 for an umbrella?
