Nice tutorial. This was exactly what I was looking for... It would be great if you could add the functionality of: when the user selects their payment type, a "next" button appears which then links to a different form entirely, rather than having the form appear within the "payment options" form. The current solution you have here indeed is a work-a-round, however it is not too user friendly, as we are accessing a form within a form and leads to some formatting issues, as well as confusion when scrolling through: the form that appears, and or, scrolling down the main form that the users are within...

Im a health professional and want to create a form with a cancellation policy, the amount charged will be different for each client, and i dont want to create new form for each client. How do I do that as purchase order or square integration requires authorisation for a specific amount. This is also for another form, where each client has different amount charged
