I am so proud of You are one strong cookie!!!! I have had panic attacks. My last was several years ago, in a cruise excursion of snorkeling. My life vest suddenly deflated and my mind went out of control. My husband had me hold on to him to go back to the ship. I haven't snorkeled since. You're my hero!!

All the fears and anxiety examples you gave shows that I'm not the only one who goes through life with fears and anxiety and you actually faced a fear which is giving me encouragement to go out and face my own fears and be more adventurous. I just did this on Friday in the Bahamas.. The way you guys got into your scooters was less stressful then the way we got into ours. I wish ours was like this. I had a mini panic attack. But after all that stress, this excursion is so awesome!
