How to Create a Gmail Contacts Group (Distribution List) from an Email, List, or Spreadsheet [2024]

Communicating with a group of people is much easier if you have them saved as a group in your Gmail contacts. Here are three ways to create a "Label" (as Google calls their contacts groups/distribution lists) from data you already have: an email, a typed list, or a spreadsheet.
