OMG, I'm a new subscriber, and I love how environmentally friendly you strive to be and your DIY superpowers. You make me believe in myself! I recently picked up a sewing desk from the side of the road, and I used your tips for evaluating furniture to decide if it was coming home with me. I've already taken off the top (it was damaged and smelly, and had the hole from where the sewing machine goes. The plan is to convert it into a makeup vanity/desk with a flip top and mirror. I also have the perfect chair to pair it with (another roadside find). They have very similar legs and I just couldn't believe my luck! Tomorrow is upholstery shopping day, but then I'll need some paint so... I'd love to have some Wise Owl Paint for this project. Oh, and your best tip: It's just paint!

Ms Catalina I watch your videos because I find you have great tutorials but I also keep watching because I love your bubbly personality. I appreciate what you do. I love you cats and your hubby is adorable as well. You make a great team. I know you are in Houston, TX and I am from Lubbock, TX, but reside in Illinois.
I would use the quart of paint to paint some furniture pieces and I see the big new trend is black, so I would try that.

It came out great! You’ve inspired me to paint our fireplace which is tile 🙄 and maybe next year we can replace with stone or hand cut tile.
