My load out: Demolisher(rocket launcher cut out, and a duct taped on tactical grip, and adjustable stock)) and a double magazine(two magazines taped together). Homemade magazine holders(clipped to belt) with a metal box attached on my Demolisher that holds 10 rounds. The metal box is a cliche band aid tin container that originally hold camouflage band aids:)

Love the tape on the stock, I've been having that exact issue with that stock, I don't know why tape never occurred to me. Any chance of a link to the other reliability mods you implemented? Or perhaps a little list/video/quick overview? :D
