Healthy Skin Care Tips:
1. Cut Sugar from your diet
glycation is caused by eating sugar and weighs down collagen fibers and can cause skin to be more inflammed, red, saggy and wrinkly skin. Sugar creates dull and dry skin. Sugar causes inflammation in the body.
2. Drink More Water
