When you say eat less (or no) sugar, are you talking about fruit? Are there fruits you recommend in general over other fruits for sugar content? (Although you said in another video to eat pineapple which is FULL of sugar.).

Hi hun what's the name of the hyaluronic acid supplements that you recommend how often and how should we take it and by the way thank you so much for recommending I dissolve my collagen in tea because I was ready to throw it out because I was having digestive problems but ever since I did what you said I have had no problems I take 1 scoop once a day plus my vitamin c gummies because I hate taking pills not sure if I will continue to take them after this video I was reading the ingredients and first on list 😳 sugar second 😱 corn syrup every time I like something it's not healthy lol but again thank you so much for your help

Yes hot lemon water every morning before coffee!! : )) Also love coconut water! Would raw agave syrup, honey or pure maple syrup be good replacements for sugar?

Hi do you know what would cause dry facial skin ? Since having children my facial skin is so dry. It's causing premature aging . I haven't changed much in my diet or eating more sugar than normal. Could it be hormones?

In addition I have heard that fish aggervates vitiligo and if that is true then the Renew5 would not be a good collagen supplement. Are you familiar with any part of this? Please help....
