Charles just seems like a good, trust worthy dude. He doesn’t come off like a super mega nerd like Vitalik (although he really is). He also doesn’t come off like a Big Bank dude like SBF. He seems like a normal smart guy, that got into crypto, excelled at it… and is for the community as a whole.

Charles represents the industry as much as he represents Cardano imo. Who better to stand in a courtroom to represent this. Who else has the integrity to applaud good competition like he does. Who else addresses things in more professional ways? He could kinda kill it in many places because his calm logical delivery is valuable in ANYTHING people do. It’s a shame people like this aren’t held higher in society. He is a Socrates of our times and will likely be in books and adored like crazy in later years and when gone. I think ADA has such a great community because the base holders are there for the tech and understand how fair it is. This brings in people who want to build on solid ground.

I see layer 1s like the land the dapps and projects are built on. ETH is like a dirty city with alot but with overly expensive fees and centralized unfairness and stealing. SOL is like a large elite building with everyone else pesants on the outskirts losing power all the time...

BTC is like a gold mine, where you buy BTC and hoard it in a room getting a larger gold house than others simply based on how much you have.

ADA is like green fertile land where more and more real people come and build these amazing new structures with new use and new ideas. Ideas constantly brewing the community working together to make things better.
