Great Video with good starting points. Just completed my first season and I would agree with key points you have noted but also learnt from you around tyre pressures and tubeless vs clinchers

I have competed at CX locally on my " endurance" road bike, at a local level a quick tyre change is the only thing you need, a full season usually costs me a new set of headset bearings, only been told to get a proper cx bike once !
