The vibration isn't 'weak'. There's no vibration at all. This didn't help at all unfortunately.

This is still not strong enough. I never have my phone off vibrate because I don't like to have normal audible notifications. If my phone is on the table, it should vibrate enough for me to hear it. Anything less is a waste of time.

I suggested a feature last month that they are implenting with a future update. Some people have already gotten it but it gives you an option to emulate the vibration sound with the phones speakers.

My ultra has an extra button in vibrate intensity.
"Vibration sound for incoming calls" Checked :"Avoid missed called by playing a sound to make vibrations louder"
I think it makes the speakers join in with the vibrate sound.

Just got an S22U and have missed several calls due to the weak vibration. Hopefully this helps

Thanks for the tip, also be sure to toggle "vibration sound for incoming calls" to the ON position; it's the last option down in the vibration intensity" menu Now my phone's vibration is as intense as my older one

Yeah no, this does nothing, as it's like this out of the box. You just made me look at my settings, everything was already as you pointed out. Still can't tell if my phone is vibrating in my pocket.

I thought it happened the last update which I installed a week ago (December 4th)... Befor that it was high and appropriate but now there is no vibration for calls and alarms

I had those settings already in place but it still sucks. I miss calls and notifications all the time because I can't feel it vibrate. Sucks. I guess the Notification Vibration Pattern doesn't matter?

Already set it up like that and it still sucks. I can't hear it or feel it vibrate compared to all previous Samsung phones, my last being s10+. I use vibrate 95% of the time so if they don't fix this this phone is gone I can't fuking use it.

I'm planning to buy this. Just 1 question: can you feel the vibration while on your pocket? I read rumors that you can't feel the vibration this way. TIA

Edit: UPDATE US and Canada S22 phones TO MARCH UPDATE
in Vibration Intensity there is a new option to enable Vibration Sound! I have it on my S22 when march GOS update released today! If you can reupload a video with this feature.


Samsung really listening, I'll post this video around youtube, good job reporting, this was big deal breaker for many. I have mine enabled and it made a difference.

Vibration on the note 10 plus is way more intense
