Wolfgang REALLY liked that guitar work and tone. Classical music is behind a lot of the more progressive artists. A lot of rock bands just stick to blues and pentatonic grooves, and I don't think Hendrix had the knowledge musically to improvise off of Mozart like that. Tosin is a beast though.

The number of classical music covers I enjoy is not short. The list of those which I think improved upon the original is. If Vivaldi knew what an analog synthesizer was, I guarantee he would have written the seasons for it, and if Mozart knew what an electric guitar was, I'm pretty sure he would have recognized, that this is the true form the song was intended to take on from the beginning. He was just too far before its time.
