Galaxy A71: How to Factory Reset 2 Ways (Hard Reset & Soft Reset)

I show you two ways to do a factory reset (hard reset & soft reset) on the Samsung Galaxy A71. Hope this helps.

I confirm that this method for hard reset doesn't work on my A71.

It is really pain in the butt dealing with the "Android Recovery Screen" the up down button are hard to press and one would need to press and hold momentarily until the menu option changes color from blue to green before one can scroll down.
My issue is that I can't get out of that screen it is stuck there. And the "Power off" doesnt power off. All it does is take you back to the same screen. Simply I want to exit that screen.
The phone is brand new and it went to that screen when the battery ran out of power.

I am not sure if I have same sansung A71. Mine refused to reset even with both power and volume up button

My camera and apps have been acting weird, it wont show mp selection in camera settings and some apps have stopped working since the new android update....will it work as it did before if I factory reset, ? I might wait till I can phone them tomorrow and use that Samsung tutor but most of the time i have to yell on the phone for them to hear me and the wait time is very long just to talk to someone there.

I'm really having a hard time I've followed your video but my phone doesn't let me shut it off to even start . So I tried to just do a hard reset and I don't have the same screen you had . Nothing happened when I tried to do a soft reset but after about five minutes nothing happened so my next step was to hold all three buttons down .Now my phone is stuck on a bluish screen with an arrow and under it say's down loading but it's not doing anything. what should I do
