Truck details: 2001 Silverado 4.8L all stock except Donald Thump truck cam kit and Speed Engineering 1-3/4" longtube headers with off road y-pipe and Borla XR1 muffler. Works very well with factory torque converter!

Gross valve Lift: .550" Intake / .550" Exhaust
Lobe Separation Angle (LSA): 108°+2
NOTE: This is a 3 bolt cam, for models with a single bolt cam (Gen IV LS Engines) you will need a 3 bolt cam conversion kit which we sell as well.
Introducing the Donald Thump truck cam! This is an excellent performance camshaft with an aggressive idle for that #MACA (Make America Chop Again) status! Designed to work with LS6 or equivalent .550 lift beehive valve springs and a factory torque converter, custom tuning required. Best suited for Gen III/IV 4.8L 5.3L 5.7L 6.0L cathedral port head motors with a RPM range of 1200-6500.
This camshaft features Texas Speed and Performance lobes! The TSP lobes have been proven to make big horsepower & torque thanks to their aggressive ramp rates.
