Just started out with Factor and it's honestly been so great. Usually, these healthy meal delivery services put mushy slop in a weird container and it just looks/tastes super unappetizing... but I've tried four meals out of my box so far and every dish has been sooo tasty (plus it helps me portion control — my greatest weakness). As long as the quality's consistent, they've got a customer for a very long time :D

Factor is great. I just got on a meal plan for my current weight cut, the food is excellent and I can eat three meals a day and still be in a caloric deficit. It's a little pricey but when you think of how expensive groceries get when you have a healthy diet it ends up costing about the same. I'd recommend them for anyone going on a serious weight cut.

I have eating Factor meals for 2 months and I say is that the food is great but the HUGE issue I have is the delivery service is HORRIBLE!! They have not delivered my food on the delivery date, delivered to the wrong address. Every Wednesday I would have extreme anxiety.

My only issue with factor was that it was way too expensive, like it was decent but the price was not worth it imo
