I wouldn't do this, the only really healthy way to white teeth is to use things that include hydrogen peroxide all whitening strips, toothpastes, and the professional whitening you get they use hydrogen peroxide because using lemon juice even over 3 months over and over again (especially having it sit on your teeth for 2 minuites and brushed into your enamel) it will desolve your enamel but baking soda is alright but not too affective

Acids actually cause cavities. I understand that Baking Soda would neutralize it but still wouldn’t take the risk as you could make the solution a bit to acidic. Baking Soda on the other hand is very abrasive so in the event you made it a bit to acidic and the backing soda damages the enamel it seems like this is a one way to cavities.

Lemon is acidic, the acid will eat through your enamel. Do not brush your teach with any sort of citric acid. Baking soda is fine in moderation.
