I was teaching my kid brother how to ride a bike when this two teenage kids come up to us. They were asking directions to a gas station and there was one like literally two blocks away so i told them that. They kept asking me for gas station in completely opposite direction saying they were out of gas and i kept insisting to take the closer one. Alarm bells slowly started ringing in my head and ig they picked up on it too so they just sped away. I saw them in the newspaper like a year or so later caught for stealing a couple of bikes, mobile phones. Those idiots apparently led an undercover officer to their stash house trying to sell him stuff 😂

That’s a white van scam. The speaker look expensive but it’s all cheap stuff and the story they give you makes it harder to go to the police because the deal they gave you was illegal.

This story reminds me of the time I was chilling with a friend and we were sitting on a bench in the park, a guy comes up to us and opens his backpack showing us some perfumes saying shit like "I can give them to you for a good price" and he started spraying us with them to show that they're real etc and we said no, he got desperate and said "listen, I stole these from the mall so I can give you multiple for like 5-10 bucks" like bruh
We kindly told him to fk off and he went to different people lmao
