Does this camera support 4k 60fps in car mode? Thats what I'm looking for and is missing in all 4k dashcams. 30fps will allow for a too long exposure and smear too much when it's winter here or similar. Also does it have a lock button so the current video clip isn't overwritten in loop recording mode? I couldn't find this out from the manual on line or reviews or forums.

So how do I use the camera under water because the touch screen does not work underwater, and if I use the camera house (casing) underwater, I can't also use the camera and switch its modes, , plz plz how can I do to using camera in diving?
